A whole year? No travel cost? I don't think i see a downside to that! you can spent 7 days there in one visit and then come back for another 7 days etc like thats a lot of holidays!

Lol, this could potentially save your life, yet people chose to not press. Plus, one year is a lot. You don't have to spend it all at once, so even if you went somewhere you intend to vacation later, as long as you don't spend too much time there you're good.
