I teleport to somewhere close to the place i want to go ,and then ,I take a plane or a train to the actual place .It will be more cheap .

Lol, this could potentially save your life, yet people chose to not press. Plus, one year is a lot. You don't have to spend it all at once, so even if you went somewhere you intend to vacation later, as long as you don't spend too much time there you're good.

The earth is constantly rotating on its axis, which is rotating around the sun, which is rotating around the center of the milky way, which is speeding along through the universe. I don't think you"d be able to find the same place again even if you tried.
