Look. It says "You can not prevent this" meaning same as "You cannot prevent this". If it said "You can "not prevent this"" the last 3 words would probably be highlighted or something. So, you can't prevent the downside from happening.

this is a paradox if you can do anything you want then it is impossible for you to not be able to do something its like killing yourself in the past if you do it then you cant go to the past in the future and kill yourself.
