What if I'm my least favorite person? Do I get like, good powers squared? Double God powers? And in this situation, can I have other people come along as well? "Cause it would be kind of shitty to just lose all your friends.

Worst case scenario you can make them appear in other world as they spring out from your mind. Being God would allow any reality you wish to be fully realized as long as no other "god" interfered with your wishes
