What exactly is immortality? Is it the inability to die from desieses? No. Is it the inability to die from physical wounds? No. Is the ability to not Age? No. Immortality is all three of those, together as one thing. If those are desired separately, then it"s not imortality.

What if what your desire is for the Greek Gods of Percy Jackson to come true? then you would have to go through judgement to get anywhere. Or you could make hell not exist anymore its just two segments of heaven, one for bad people who eventually learn how to be good, and the original heaven.

I have infinite wishes so I don't need to press the button. And before I got infinite wishes I was already immortal and can run really fast and travel through time and space. Also I changed the downsides with my wishes. And I could get rid of hell with my wishes.
