Save it, build up interest on it. DON'T SPEND THE ORIGINAL 10 MILLION, but rather the interest that 10 Million dollars builds in a year. Boom, problem solved.

It only hurts you if you spent "the money", which is referring to the $10 million you receive. So, press the button, receive the money, put it into a bank account with decent interest rates, and then you get free money with no downsides.
