I'd take the computer, sell it, then buy another that isn't the fastest and use Chrome :) LOOPHOLES!

nope. It says you can only USE IE. That means you must use IE anyway. :D

thats easy just take out 1 part from the pc and put in a less stronger piece and it wont be the strongest anymore BOOM EASY you have a less stronger pc and download Chrome/firefox/safari or what ever you use =I
