Why not? Who truly knows what Satan a.k.a. Lucifer looks like? Not necessarily ugly, remember Lucifer was the most beautiful angel there was (at the time).

Loophole man doesn't have it exactly right. Satan, strictly speaking, means "adversary". It is often used as a proper noun "The Adversary" to refer to Lucifer, the most powerful of God"s angels, who was cast from heaven and imprisoned in hell for believing himself greater than God.
