Modify brain - Make your IQ at the level of an omnipotent being. IQ drops dramatically. Still extremely intelligent in comparison to any other sentient being.

Each modification causes a 'drastic' .0001% drop. I can make 1000 modifications for only a 1/10th of one percent drop in IQ. Last modification improves mental functionality as well as a 25% increase in all intelligences .
