It means you can cheat to never lose even if someone has more natural skill & practices more than you but you still have to practice a lot.

This is just normal gameplay- shut up smooth brain, winning every time would make you perfect, something almost nobody can be in just a few hundred hours of practice. Totally pressing

If you have 10 Hours a day to practice, (Assuming that it requires at least 200 Hours of practice) you could play a competitive game for 20 days like that, and go into tournaments, get sponsorships, and you never have to practice again

Well yes you get better if you practice anyway, but this assures you're the best if you practice for hundreds of hours. You can get really good at something but I doubt you're the best. This includes winning against other players.
