well you would have to test one someone, and if your selfless you would use yourself. never said you wouldn't cure yourself. but poverty is relative if everyone is the same. you may live a minimalist life because everyone hates you for fixing everything.

If there is no diseases, no poverty etc and you are poor etc that would be impossible because if you"re poor, have diseases and are teased by everyone, there would still be poverty and diseases. So technically, the downside wouldn't affect you at all
