Thats just a death speedrun. Imagine not noticing a broken leg and just going around like that until it damages your body enough to kill you or a heart attack or internal bleeding, the list goes on.

This is bad very very bad, DO NOT PRESS THIS BUTTON!!! I actually used to have a condition like this where i needed a therapist, and i used to get very badly injured.I do not recommend pressing this button.

DO NOT PRESS THIS BUTTON it is bad very very bad. I used to not feel pain and got injured very badly, and had to have a therapist teach me to feel pain. I used to get some pretty bad injuries.

The key word is 'can't' , meaning there is no compensatory actions available to determine physical health , even the pressure of an abscessed tooth will be unavailable to signal a need to see a dentist. Remove the 'cant' and I would consider pressing the button.
