no Bullnoze69 , USSR is a valid choice based on the wording of the dilemma. he has to fight a war the the country using its latest weapons and devices of its time though. i would pick the Apache nation as it existed in 1650.... all I would need are 2 Apache gunships to completely wipe them out.
