So, i can go near someone i don't like and heal my injury on them and even heal someone and then trasnfer my new injuries to someone i don't like... good.

If its a power you get to choose when to use then there really isnt any reason NOT to press it. Especially in this case where its an incredibly convienient power. Seriously.

The caveat can easily be avoided by simply using the powers in an emergency. Its not like the power is constantly on
