I count immortality/not being able to die as a superpower. Combine that with flight and the ability to create a friend and/or pet that is immortal to keep you company and you are all set.

Not only can you heal people. But you personally don't have to kill any one. If you really wanted some one dead, you could just tell the person you just healed to go do it and you'll bring them back when they get sentenced to death.
