You could heal your family from a distance. Never specified if it was emotional or physically close. Could mean both. You can heal people close up if you don't feel emotionally close to them and the reverse fo. YYou're friends and family.

With this i will scam the insurance people out of their money! by constantly harming myself in such a way that it looks like an accident and when i got the money i''l just heal myself and do it all over again.
