They didn't say that they succeed. Okay but does it really matter if I have a 40% chance of getting robbed when I have 60% chance of not getting robbed. I can hire guards and I can track you down too, leaving me with around 10% or even lower chance of me being robbed.

Do I have to carry all the money all the time? This realistically means I will get robbed 3 times a week. So I can never carry an material object that has any form of affectional value because chances is to grate I vile lose it.
