Guessing that the unlimited wishes don't work. 1: wish for anything you want 2: wish for the 1/20 dead 3: wish for the 1/20 to be brought back to life

First I kill the 5% with the first wish, with the second i bring them back to live and the third is free for me. And it didn’t specify that i can’t bring them back or can’t get more wishes, so a million wishes for me and effectively nobody was harmed.
