四小时？真好啊！我们这里工作一天最低都是8小时。正常情况下都是要工作11个小时的，偶尔星期天可以放一天假，但是只是偶尔。

Yeah but think about it. You would still be gaining extra time in the day by about 6 hours if you dont need to sleep, and the weekends would be so long for you

On average I sleep ~12 hours anyway, so that's 4 extra hours pay and 8 extra hours to do whatever I want. The wording makes it sound like sleeping is a choice rather than an inability so if I get bored just drop off for a few hours. Maybe start living on a 48/72 hour cycle.

I don't work now. "You have to work 4 hours per day more..." means you have to work four hours on top of your current work schedule. If you have no work schedule, this means there's nothing to add four hours to. So basically, I lack the necessity to sleep.
