If you're going by Supernatural Rules, Definately not. At the end of 10 years on a supernatural deal, you get torn apart by Hellhounds. I would imagine that would not be a painless way to go.

Imagine all the good you could do with ten million dollars. So what if I die at 32 if I help make thousands, if not tens of thousands of lives better/longer? The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the one.
