If i can see the future i can actually change it by doing different things, like winning the lottery, using the money to invest in the right things and make things go as i want. Sure the biggest picture will maybe not change much but i still can make things better for me and the one i care most.

This doesn't mean that all the bad things you see would happen to you, you could see yourself winning the lottery or bankrupting a casino etc so why wouldn't you want to take advantage of this?

Why not prepare for it, and use your future powers to see lottery tickets, school test answers, etc. Is it really bad to witness bad things happening? (I got most of these from other comments.)
