Troll the world. Everyone now knows that I can make their lives worse, except people who seek me out because they WANT a sex change. I would charge them $10 each. They get what technology still can't quite offer them, and I get $10 for one seconds work.

i would make up a day known as: wrong gender day. when for that ONE day everyone gets their gender changed. But they have to give me 5$ the day before. its a win win. I get money, and they get the other gender. SIMPLE.
