Start in countries that are good for investing, make even more money, then later in life move to the poorest countries in the world and give them lots of money

So... move to a different country each year, and never to a country where you've been before? That sounds pretty interesting, actually, and the money would be enough to pay for what you needed to live for a year just about anywhere. I'm not much of a world traveler, though, so I'd have to say no.
