The density of bone is around 1 g/cm^3. The density of iron is approximately 7.9 g/cm^3. In that case it's around 8x the density, giving you around 86 kg extra. Iron isn't even the heaviest of metals. The density of Tungsten is 19.3 g/cm^3, giving you around 229 kg extra.
