Aside from any "create the anti-downside" loopholes, you can create ANYTHING you want. Who gives a crap about destroying when you can make bank by selling fantasy metals, or you can rule the world with an army of god-like beings bound to your will!

You can create a devil and command it to destroy, so the sanity lost wouldn't be yours. The only problem is that it might not obey your commands and go out of control.
