Eventually, that becomes hell. If it is eternity, especially with a TARDIS, the same rules apply. You will eventually do EVERYTHING. With a TARDIS, you can check those things off about 1000 times quicker. It just becomes a living hell at some point, whether that be in 10 years or 50.
