It depends on how fast your superhuman speed is, but if it's anywhere near what the Flash is capable of, odds are you would be dead. Each molecule produces friction.

You don't need to RUN with your speed, you can do fast movements in place, the worlds best Boxer, for example. Pickpocket. Video Game Player. Etc.
