You"d still be the healthiest person and it doesn't say you need to do what would ordinarily be required so you would always have high energy levels and lack of sleep would do nothing. Possible loophole so I agree with it

You could either fast forward through the movie, or possibly have it play in the background while you do something else. Either way, don't have a problem with it.

It doesn't say you have to watch it at normal speed, or with volume on. Fast forward 4x speed. You will still see every frame.

I like when the TV plays in the background while I fall asleep. There was this one time when my cable didn't work and I had to play something and the only movie I had was Groundhog Day. And so for over a month I would play Groundhog Day every night. I think I have the whole script memorised.
