see it on X6360 speed. groundhog day is 1h 41m long, or 106m or 6360s. one second every day, just fine for me.

You"d still be the healthiest person and it doesn't say you need to do what would ordinarily be required so you would always have high energy levels and lack of sleep would do nothing. Possible loophole so I agree with it

Define "watch". If it means look at the screen, just do your own thing but make sure the TV (or whatever you're watching it on) is in your line of sight. Like, I'm sitting on the couch writing this on my tablet right now, and the TV screen is in my line of sight.
