It does matter, when you do a google search the quality of your pc doesn't matter, it"s the browser that does the search and if it"s IE you"re gonna be there for a long time. Just don't use a browser I guess.

To Jim McCarter: people don't "hate on" internet explorer because it's made by Microsoft, they hate it because it's legitimately a bad browser.
