I would hate to live forever. You live your life and all of a sudden, all of your loved ones start to die. Next thing you know, you are in a relationship with someone else and they too die. This repeats until you learn to push everyone away and you suicidally whistle.

There"s no catch in this, if this was normal immortality, that would start to suck as the world started to end since you would just be in extreme pain instead of dying, so you could whistle and then it"s all over

I think what it means is that you loose your immortality and then die... in that case you live for how much you want and then when you are tired of living just whistle a bit and die peacefully
