Autism isn't that bad. It comes in huge variations. Asperger Syndrom is one of them. You can't tell if the person haves it or not :)

I'm autistic... and tbh autism is a varied spectrum. You could be slightly autistic and nobody can tell? Besides, today in most first-world countries, folks diagnosed with autism get lots of help if they need it. However. ...NO VIDEO GAMES? What sort of cruel world is this. Never.
