You don't have to always use the backpack, and when you do just use it for awesome stuff like slomotion irl stuff, or jump off a cliff and then fill the backpack for a 90% slow and just fall gently to the ground and land gracefully instead of breaking your legs.

That doesn't make sense. If you have a lot of things in your backpack you will go slower. So if you have the backpack you will go slower if you like it or not.
