Just because YOU have super high download speeds doesn't me the UPLOADER can match that. 9 times outta 10, You'll never get close to that speed.

It legit says "It crashes every 30 seconds" so I'll assume that the download speed is crashing. Anyways, 10,000 mb/s is super fast, so don't go crying around saying 30 seconds are too short because you can download 300 gigabytes in 30 seconds.

It doesn't even matter if this is supposed to be MB or Mbit. For the first, you can get 293 GB in 30 seconds, and for the second, you can get 36.6 GB, which doesn't place a huge limit on anything.
