Each year, you are forced to flip and call a coin. If you call it incorrectly, you lose a finger. This will continue until you run out of fingers, and you start losing toes, arms, legs, and finally your head.

Mathematically, you"re likely to only live 49 years, even with the doubled lifespan. Ten fingers, ten toes, four limbs, double it because the chance of each casualty is 50%, and the head at the end.
