How they will find out? They just assume you had surgery or at max they can speculate it but unless YOU ARE AN IDIOT AND TELL ABOUT IT no one can be know for sure.

They put the downside in a way that you"d become normal again if people would suspect that you used some kind of power to remake your body, this in my opinion seem a bit far fetched that they would actually suspect that I somehow remade myself instead of that my body naturally changed.

Would I still age and look so? If not I'm sure to recognized as an alien sooner or later, and it gets more fatal as technology of identity develops year by year, so either I become an animal age naturally slow or I'll end up in labs someday...

What"s the bad about this, this way if nobody finds out you will be buff, and if someone does, you will no longer be buff, but you will not be buff at all if you decide not to press it. Common sense.
