50 years is a lot, even if you live for eternity. Imagine being stuck in an empty room (no entertainment, food, etc.) for one hour. You'll go berserk with boredom.

Why does very one want to be immortal? Seeing your kids and your significant other, your parents and your siblings, all your friends, you would see all of them die in front of your eyes. Then be forced to live with it, plus the 50 years. Sounds horrible to me.

the problem with living forever: its forever forever. as in, after the world gets eaten by our giant firey sun, and everyone dies a painful, slow death while you watch, crying in the corner because you cant do anything, and staying in the middle of space for the rest of your life. so no.

I will never say yes to these. Why would you want to be immortal? You would have to deal with loved ones dying for eternity and never join them. You would also experience the death of earth and be stuck out in the darkness forever. Lose lose for me. Absolutely not
