That would literally be a geographical disaster. Oceans would be messed up, tides wouldn't work, tsunamis would be more frequent,animals die,why would you want this?

Presumably, it means every single current human, including everyone currently living in Africa. Countries are arbitrary, so obliterating that continent would just displace all the (newly rich) people to the rest of the world.
