Isn't this kinda like being paralyzed, but with ultimate freedom over dreams AND being able to move around in your bed? Like, what about the size of this bed that you can't escape from? Who's saying you won't live a full and successful life just from that bed?

It's not a coma, you can wake up and move in bed you just can't get out of it. You could just buy a gigantic bed and use it as the floor of your house.
