since we control our mind only externally, if we press the button then we will be able to control our mind inside, that is, let"s say we don't have puberty yet and then we can make it prematurely

Not pressing doesn't mean you won't control your mind anymore. if you don't press the button your life stays as it is. So it wouldn't cause anything not pressing the button. -,-
