no, our brains mostly function on their own, meaning we mostly don't have any control over it because it"s involuntary. if you could use 100% of your brain, that would mean you would be able to pinch yourself and it wouldn't hurt at all.

Guys I am a psychiatrist and we use ony 10to12 % of our brain. We combine shards of les the 0.7% from all over the brain. So we use every segment but less than 0.7% that is how we gain 10% of our brain capability.
