You will recieve £5000 (or an equivalent of your choice; non-taxable) for killing a person. You cannot be arrested for this and nobody (except the person you kill) knows that you did it.

They must be concious prior to the killing. You must keep eye contact during the killing. They are fully aware and can talk during the event.

I presume this means we can choose who we like to kill, so I would kill someone who is in agonising pain already and is going to die in a few days anyway. So I put them out of their misery, they are happy and I have £5000 or an equivalent. I would feel a little guilty afterwards though.

No I agree here, killing a criminal isn’t inherently a loophole. Being an executioner on death row maybe, but then there’s a few issues with the whole nobody will know part. Even then, unless you’re a psychopath it’ll still weigh on your mind. I don’t think there really is a loophole for this one
