If time travel is possible, then I believe that whats happened is inevitable. Lets say you tried to save Abe Lincoln and you stop the shooter, maybe instead of being killed he trips on the steps to give his speech? If time says someone will die at that given moment then so be it.

Limitation, not a downside. Now I don't know what the effects of this power would be, so, who knows, if Hitler hadn't been born something worse could have happened. But I'd change little things, and keep the power in case I ever really needed it.
