Schizophrenia isn't as scary as movies make it out to be. It's still very difficult and is likely to take many years off of your lifespan, but it's treatable and you can get into remission. To anyone suffering from schizophrenia, you are not alone and I hope you get better

A treatable (but unfortunate) illness in exchange for a supernatural power. Schizophrenia sucks, but I think it's worth it. Plus, I know I have the mental illness, so I can seek treatment and therapy quicker.
