Depends on how literal it's supposed to be. If you literally can't move your body, anything that would cause your body to move is off the table. It should be more clear.

Move things with your thought, but can't move your body? Two ways this can be interpreted - two loopholes. Move your body with your thoughts... or stand on a skateboard or something and move that.

Sit in a chair and move the chair. Or bolt you legs into a wheelie thing (from gym class) with legsupports . if you have a tiny exoskeleton you can move your hand and the rest of your body
