Wait so I can't track anywhere? If I can speak English fluently, then I can't travel anywhere. If I can speak the most popular languages in the world, then that means I can't travel to those places! I'm stuck

This means that you can't speak a language in the country that language is from (e.g. Unable to speak English in the U.K. but able to speak English in the USA)
