Doesn't say you can't use them for gliding or stabbing or as extra arms (Dependent upon the wings)

Actually Alex77, if u look in the classic case of sasuke uchiha from the anime Naruto, he 'wings' that were fleshy and more like giant hands growing out of his back. So no, wings aren't wings
