You could probably see clothes but that wouldn't matter since you"d be completely naked whenever you actually want to be invisible...and you"d never know when you'll be visible again.

No Drawback, don't use it to begin with until you absolutely have to... or just make sure you can have something to be seen by if your stuck invisible.
