It says you dont require sleep, you will always be energic. That doesnt mean you can never sleep again it means that you dont have to its not an obligation. You can still sleep if you want

Can't function in any human society without the ability to exchange information wether in person or over the phone. Can't tell the doctor 'where it hurts' over text or email and expect to be treated. The overall downside is too great.
