You would also die and not know it because you wouldn't feel it. You would be in danger but your brain wouldn't respond and you would die easily.

Yeah, so there are some people who actually are born without the ability to feel pain. May sound nice, but the downside is just what naturally happens. Theoretically they could break their legs without noticing it. Pain has evolved for a reason.
